Group Picnic Package

Minimum picnic booking must be for a group of 6 unless if you are having a couples picnic.

6 people picnic - $260

8 people picnic - $300

10 people picnic - $340

12 people picnic - $400

Includes full setup, styled décor, picnic table, cushions, rugs, glassware, plates, cutlery, and styling to match your chosen theme.

2 People Picnic - $200

Time
Your picnic can last a maximum of 3 hours. For each additional hour, there is a fee of $50.

Overnight use is available flat rate of $170 - dependent on availability. Please let us know if you need this option.

Location
Our picnics are designed for outdoor and indoor spaces. We set up your picnic at your chosen location. We are based in Palmerston North and offer free travel within the area. We can travel outside of town, but extra travel fees will apply.

Bond

$100 refundable bond (returned the next day into your nominated bank account, if no damage or large stains) . If there is damage to items repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the bond. Please handle items with care for future guests.

We know Palmerston North / New Zealand weather can play up . Please have a look at the weather forecast as you book. Please have an indoor option just incase or we can help suggest local venues.

Food - Picnic Grazing Boxes

Anna Louise Cakes - Catering and Cakes creates our picnic grazing boxes and we will drop the food off at your picnic . They also have cakes and cupcakes on offer

Grazing Picnic Boxes Packages

The grazing boxes include : cheese and crackers, salami/chorizo, marinated vegetables (sundried tomatoes/olives/pickles) salty nibbles such as nuts/pretzels etc, a chocolate treat & fresh fruit garnish. Please note that prices are subject to change .
